About Me

I’ve been a fully-certified Biblical Life Coach since 2013, thereafter I volunteered at a Noble House Ministries, Inc. a recovery home & domestic violence center where I coached women in the following areas: relationships, boundaries, career development, resource management, personal and professional development . I have worked as a case manager and facilitator of care within the community mental health field.  In 2016 I enrolled in ministry training through Francis Frangipane's In Christ's Image training program.  At the beginning of 2017 I became certified in Deliverance and Inner healing ministry through Above & Beyond Counseling. In 2018 I received a master of arts degree in licensed mental health counseling from Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. I currently serve as a women's pastor at Oasis Kingdom Ministries and partner with Emerald Ministries as a discipleship mentor and coach. I am a member of the Biblical Coaching Alliance (BCA) and a board member of the Fellowship of Christian Counselors (FCC).

In coaching, the essence of my work is collaborative to facilitate growth by helping you identify challenges, so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward so you can achieve your desired goals. This framework creates an experiential environment for the client which leads to real transformation.

Research has shown that nutrition effects our well being physically and mentally.  Additionally, research has shown that emotional wounds left unhealed manifest as physical aliments, disorders, and disease. As part of my holistic approach to mental health wellness I look at all factors that could be contributing to your struggles. I offer nutritional support as an It Works distributor assisting you in getting the proper supplements and nutrition you need. You can learn more here.
